An appointment must be made at the King Island Hospital surgery on (03) 6462 9915 by the Monday morning before the day of the clinic. The Family and Child Youth Health Nurse and Doctor will be available at clinics for consultation. The doctor will generally only be available if prior appointments have been made. If your child's immunisation program is overdue please contact the surgery for an appointment time and check up. BE WISE… IMMUNISE! |
