Customer Service Charter
Local Government (General) Regulations 2005 prescribes that Council must have in place a Customer Service Charter by the 1 January 2006 and be reviewed every two years.
Council at its Ordinary Meeting held on 16 January 2012 adopted the following updated Customer Service Charter.
