King Island Airport

The King Island Council owns and operates the airport on King Island. There are currently three commercial airlines flying to the Island, Sharp Airlines, King Island Airlines and Regional Express (REX).

Privately owned planes are welcome to land at the King Island Airport. Fees do apply for all planes landing on the Island. Annual Licences are available for regular local users of the Airport. For more information please check the fees and charges section.

Annual fees apply to car hire companies and coaches who use the airport car spaces on a regular basis.

Fuel for Privately Owned Planes
Commercial fuel is not available for sale at the airport.

If you are intending to fly to King Island, you will need to make private arrangements prior to your arrival.
